Announcing Just Info’s New Project Manager, William Eric Waters!

We are happy to welcome William Eric Waters as the new Project Manager of the Just Info hotline!

William Eric Waters has over 25 years experience in the criminal justice system, including experience in criminal, family, and immigration law as a researcher and writer. For eleven years he worked for the Osborne Association, Inc., a nonprofit criminal justice agency. Of the many things he was responsible for at Osborne, for six years he supervised the agency’s hotline.

Waters is an award­ winning author, in poetry, play writing, and nonfiction. He is the author of three books of poetry and one novel. He founded and edited two criminal justice newsletters, as well as edited another. He also co­edited a third.

Waters has received numerous awards for his work in criminal justice, including the Ralph Bunche Bridge Builder Award from Citizens Against Recidivism, Inc., which was later
named after him, the Willam Eric Waters Bridge Builder Award.

Waters has a master’s degree from New York Theological Seminary and bachelor’s degrees from Albany University and the College at New Paltz.
